From Participant to Content Instructor

I missed the first cohort, participated in the second cohort, and am now a content instructor in the third cohort.

Self-paced learning with weekly meetings is a better way to learn than learning solo.

The main advantage is discussing with the subject matter experts and your cohort members.

I prefer cohort-based learning because, in my experience, I completed courses with a group rather than independently.
