I’m Lax, a web developer, open-source enthusiast, and lover of all things WordPress. I am currently working full-time as a backend engineer at the WebDevStudios, one of the best WordPress agencies.

Here are some fun facts

• I learned HTML when I was 14 years old, yet never thought of working as a web developer till I graduated with my master’s.
• My MBTI personality type is ENFP, I am overcoming my procrastination gradually
• I love cats and reading, watching, chatting with cat parents is a hobby to me now.
• One of my nicknames is “Kumar”, I didn’t know that its not going to be my first name till I joined Grade 1 at the age of 6. I didn’t responeded to anyone when they call me as “Lakshmanan”, the given name, it took few days to get used to it.
• I read most of the newsletters that I am subscribed to, so if you write one, let me know I would love to subscribe.
• First six years of my career, I didn’t attend any programming related events or conferences, so I built a fence around me and trapped into the myth that “PHP is dying or not a good language and as a PHP developer I felt intimidated”
